And soon we may lose our rights to have any companion animal at all .Please do not wait untill these bans come to your area , we have to stop them from becoming law wherever they are .There is also another being proposed in Virginia with some nasty things in it , also proposing manditory spay and neuter of all animals . There is one for New Mexico that woudld include making it manditory for ALL animals to be spayed neutered . Before we know it there will be country wide bans on what kind animals we can have or not have . While there is a puppy mill problem in Penn this bill is not aimed to improve or stop that , it is aimed at the hobby show breeders and even the boarding kennels and rescues.
