It took me a bit to find my beloved Message Rules, so I decided to share it with anyone else looking for it.Why message rules? Anytime you might want an easier way to manage certain incoming email, for example spam or emails from a friend or colleague. You can use message rules to tag any email based on any rules you determine. Examples include who the email is from, specific words (title or body), size, attachments and more. You can then decide to move it, mark it, delete and more. Message rules are often overlooked and one of my favorite features of Outlook Express or Live Mail.1: Click "Menu", "Show menu bar". This adds the "File, Edit, View, Go, Tools, Actions, Help" to the top of Windows Live Mail. For me, this restores the more familiar way of finding many things that were previously hard to find.
