To start with, right now there is no point in having prestige. The people who are more casual players (dont have time to medal farm 247 for weeks on end just to get up 2 titles) would have more incentive to keep playing and progressing. Many people would want to advance their title before reaching the said amounts of prestige. However if you wish to have more cities before that, you can go through the tedious medal farming methods, or buy them. High prestige means that you have more influence, and can control more cities. They must feel stuck in the game, unable to advance, and therefore are more likely to quit. I'm sure this wouldnt harm evonys profit from medal boxes.I think that medals should be optional, and title is based on prestige.
