THIS I'd like to be able to have a user log on to the site and see the top 3 or 5 classifieds that were posted. Just to start off with, I am using onboard nVidia SoundStorm sound on an Asus A7N9X Deluxe motherboard.In our classifieds section, it's set up like the normal forums.Been a while since I've played ET, but now I'm back--and with me being back are sound issues I never had before. Kind of like the top 3 posts I guess. I just recently installed new drivers for my chipset and really don't want to do it again, but will if deemed necessary. Great sound card for most things, but ET sure doesn's seem to like it after a while. They will start playing like 1 second into the sound, so things are always sounding odd because the sound starts part way into it. I'm not sure what else to try.After a while of playing, my sounds start cutting short at the beginning. I also have DX hardware accel for sound up all the way. With this the sounds are also a lot more poppy and sometimes have high levels of static. How would it need to be coded in order to be viewed to draw the most recent 3 to 5 classifieds posts? Would I use a new module, template or what as well? Thanks for any help!Little Sister to take her heart worm medicine? It doesn't matter what we do she knows its there and will not eat anything that has the heartworm meds in it. Just to add, I use Ventrilo voice comms while playing, and the sound for that never get's all crappy, yet the game does. Once we remove it she will eat it. That has done nothing (and I don't see how this would really make things better). I did search this forum and in fact did find some others with sounds issues that sound almost exactly like mine. I have tried one suggestion I saw of upping the sound megs from default 24. I made it 32. This is for everything--voice, gunshots, ambietn sounds like planes, etc.So are there any fixes to this sound issue?;
