THISI know I know this is a dog forum, but I feel we have all grown pretty close.So I am offically 20-25 lbs heavier than I was at my heaviest in highschool, and while it may not seem like much, it is to me....and I am disgusted with myself. I was doing pretty good there for awhile, and had lost about 10 lbs, but alas with my marriage troubles I gained alot of it back. So now I have come to the conclusion through alot of assistance that I need to be happy with myself before we can be happy together....and this goes for him too. So I have started a daily routine of running ( jogging ) 40 minutes a day on a treadmill. I have cut out alot of major foods that I love that I know are bad for me, an have started eating salads and fruits....still not doing the veggies all the way. No Sodas at all! I am also cutting back on the smoking...its hard, but I am trying.So I was curious if anyone wanted to go about this with me? If you have access to a treadmill or even walking your dogs or going jogging at any point in the day? Ya know kinda like a workout buddy but long distance?!? Or a support group...or something like this.....maybe its just the jogging that has made me a lil light headed and it just sounds good in my head! hahagreat aust band from perth, Broken Bones is awesomeBeautiful city.
