THISNational and foreign tourists think that Cuenca is the most beautiful city in Ecuador. The city is at 2,500 meters over sea level and enjoys a spring-like weather year-round. The city was founded on the ruins of the ancient Tomebamba from the Inca Empire. Currently, it's Ecuador's third biggest city and also the one with the best quality of life. The city is surrounded by four rivers, each of them having their own majesty. All pictures are from Flickr1 (the new cathedral as seen from the old cathedral), 2 (new cathedral), & 3.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr4 & 5.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr6, 7, & 8 (one of the stairs that takes tourists from the historic center to the newer part of town).image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr9 & 10.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr11 (the river & the grass - so beautiful) & 12.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr13 (impressive building) & 14.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr15 (beautiful) & 16.image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr17 (a school - catholic I believe) & 18 (another picture of one of the rivers).image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickr19 (nice mix - indigenous people carring sacks on their backs) & 20 (other beautiful structures).image hosted on flickr image hosted on flickrAs the thread develops, I will be adding more pictures.Fix for Lock-ups when using ATI with Punkbustersplashdamageindex.ph...wtopic&t=10462Originally Posted by Ken PB TeamATI has released a fix to address the lokup issue with some ATI cards when playing on PunkBuster servers. Because some cheatshacks cannot be detected otherwise. Is there some way to modify my system configuration to be an administrator equivalent from PunkBuster's perspective? Yes. This can be accomplished by setting certain privileges for the user that will run the game. To do this, first temporarily log in as an Administrator. Then go to Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Local Security Policy. This will open up the Local Security setting window. Expand the Local Policies folder and select User Rights Assignment. This will bring up a list of security settings for the computer. You will need to add the user that will be launching the game to have the following privileges. If the user is logged while making changes, the user must be logged out and back in for the changes to take effect. Debug Programs Load and unload device drivers Manage auditing and security log Modify Firmware environment values Profile Single Process Take Ownership of Files or other objects This is done by double clicking on the setting and then the "Add User or Group" button. You can either type the user or group name into the field or click on advanced to select from a list. If you select advanced, you may need to click on the "Object Types" button and make sure all 3 boxes are checked. Then click OK. Click on the "Find Now" button to generate a full list of all users and groups on the system. Highlight the user you want to add the rights to and click "OK". Keep clicking "OK" untill you are back at the Local Security Settings window. Repeat this process for the rest of the list. That user will now be able to play on PB servers without getting kicked for "Inadequate OS Privileges".I did a search, and found nothing.
