These past few weeks I started laying in bed for about 1 12 hours before being able to dose off... I realize that there are probably other threads that can speak to this, but can anyone recommend some kind of sleep aid medicine?I haven't had luck turning my brain off, despite not watching tvbeing on the computer..drinking a bedtime tea, etc.They have nasty colds. At this point they primarily have very mild fever and very deep, nasty, icky coughs. They're not in utter misery anymore but I still can't send them to school. I hate having 'slightly ill' children at home. They are bored and restless and bickery--TV works for a little while but not all day like when they are miserably sick. ARGGHHH!!!I keep snapping at them, "if you're well enough to bicker you're well enough to go to school tomorrow!!"
